I’m a French living in Saigon. I like yoga and meditation. After business trips I often choose to enjoy Royal Thai Massage at Midori. Royal Thai Massage does not use oil but instead uses pressure of fingers, elbows, bodies on acupuncture points, median lines to balance our energy bodies. I feel deep relaxation, as if all my cells are purified, cleansed and rejuvenated. Every time I receive a massage, I feel refreshed like after yoga or mediation. The good thing is I just lie down and enjoy, without the burden of actually moving my body for difficult yoga positions. Warm hands of masseurs also make me feel cared and loved. A beautiful quiet spot outside of Da Lat city. There's a sweet little cafe with views of the surrounding coffee farms. Our hosts were super lovely and warm and prepared us some of the most delicious vegan meals I've eaten in Vietnam. So incredibly fresh and flavorful, filled with herbs and vegetables from the garden. It's so peaceful and refreshing to be close to nature here. We were only here for one night but should have stayed longer, it was perfect!
